The seahorse
If we had to give a fish species the prize to the most adorable marine creature, we’d choose seahorses without a second thought. These animals’ delicate features and their habit of linking tails with their partner make them a gorgeous sight to behold underwater.
Despite looking like something out of a fairy tale, seahorses can be found almost everywhere. And while they look adorable, these creatures are vicious predators that ambush their prey and use their snouts to rapidly slurp them in. Who would’ve thought that something so cute could be so deadly?
