These animals have been described as “incredibly intelligent and elusive.” Now, the Canadian super pigs pose a new threat to the United States of America. These super mammals have already crossed the international border, making it as far north as North Dakota.
As this hybrid population grows, expect this to become more common. America is on high alert for an invasion of cross-bred pigs that endangers flora and fauna. And the government estimates that the country’s approximately 6 million feral, or wild, pigs cause $1.5 billion in damage each year.
